Final steps

For the sandwich I have hot and sweet peppers. 

Large and small tomatoes.

A slowly increasing stockpile of wheat. 

The wheat in the back is growing well and Pax is for sure keeping the deer out of it. She is also loving laying in it and chomping on it. 

Every few days to a week we are hauling in this bowl full of garden veggies. Our cucumbers finished and so did the onions. 

We pickled quite a few of them. Here is a cheat. I made vinegar and it’s pretty good but I never went out to Kansas and got salt. These pickles are therefore not from scratch. 

They are homemade but not exactly within bounds. 

Im pretty sure that the wheat will not be done in time but I’m going to harvest it anyway and do what I can with it post deadline.
