The Sandwich Project idea

 There is this cool YouTube series called How to Make Everything that I really like.

They did a sandwich project and I decided I wanted to try it myself.

Here is theirs 

Because I am already a gardener and because I am vegetarian my project will be a bit different. I will not for instance go out and kill a chicken. On the other hand I almost always have cheese on my sandwiches so I will definitely be trying to get ahold of a dairy animal and some vegetarian enzymes for cheese making.

I made a list of the things I like on a standard Missy sandwich and came up with this.

Bread

siracha mayo

lettuce

tomato

onion

cheese

sprouts

dressing

Lots of these things are pretty easy. I already grow lettuce and tomato and onions plus plenty of herbs for dressing. Some of these things are pretty tricky though. I make bread pretty regularly but have never grown any cereal crops. I have no oil expressor. my neighbors have chickens and I feel comfortable using an egg form over there because the chickens eat in my yard from time to time. I would like salt though. I would also like cheese.
